Weber Among Finalists For Tonight's PBA50 Stepladder
PBA Hall of Famer Pete Weber is among the finalists for the 2019 PBA50 River City Extreme Open stepladder finals tonight.

Brian LeClair earned the top seed for the stepladder finals Friday at the 2019 PBA50 River City Extreme Open, jumping into the top spot in the final game of match play.
LeClair earned the top spot with a 28-game total of 6,522, a 221.14 average, after posting a 11-1 match-play record. The finals begin at 6 p.m. Eastern today live on FloBowling.
Joining LeClair in the stepladder is second seed Pete Weber, third seed James Campbell, fourth seed Ron Mohr and fifth seed Amleto Monacelli.
Results: PBA50 River City Extreme Open Match Play Round 2
In the position round of match play, LeClair finally found his way to the top of the leaderboard with a 249-194 win over Campbell. LeClair climbed his way up from 10th place after qualifying.
For Weber, it’s his first appearance in a stepladder finals this season and it’s his first finals since April 29, 2018 at the PBA50 Mooresville Open. He qualified for tonight’s stepladder with a 9-3 match-play record and total of 6,461.
Campbell dropped from first heading into the position round to third with 6,451 after his loss to LeClair. Mohr earned the fourth seed with 6,360, while Monacelli finished with 6,332. Steve Hoskins missed the finals by just 26 pins, finishing in fifth place.
