Pete Weber Secures No. 1 Seed For Tonight's PBA50 Show
For the second consecutive week, Pete Weber has earned the top seed for the finals at a PBA50 Tour event.

For the second consecutive week, Pete Weber has earned the top seed for the finals at a PBA50 Tour event as he claimed the No. 1 spot Wednesday for the PBA50 Granville Financial Open.

Weber, who went on to win the PBA50 National Championship last week, will be joined on the show by No. 2 Lennie Boresch Jr., No. 3 Walter Ray Williams Jr., No. 4 Stoney Baker and No. 5 Brad Angelo.
The finals will be broadcast live exclusively on FloBowling starting at 7 p.m. Eastern from Sandhills Bowling Center in Aberdeen, North Carolina.
Weber posted a 10-2 record in match play and finished with a 12-game total of 3,093 to earn the top spot. All pins from qualifying were dropped heading into match play.
Boresch could have taken the top seed away from Weber in the position round game but faded down the stretch and settled for the No. 2 seed. He went 7-5 in matches for a 3,026 total.
Williams, who is making his third PBA50 finals appearance of the season, claimed the No. 3 seed with a 2,989 total and 8-4 record.
Baker and Angelo will face off in the opening match on the show after also posting 8-4 records. Baker had a 2,933 total, while Angelo finished with 2,913.
Mark Sullivan finished in sixth place and missed the show by 26 pins.
