Knowlton averaged 232.29 for 31 games to claim the top spot, finishing with a 9-6-1 match-play record and 7,486 total.
Joining Knowlton on the show, which will begin live at 7:30 p.m. Eastern on FloBowling, will be No. 2 Amleto Monacelli, No. 3 Brad Angelo, No. 4 John Marsala and No. 5 Rolando Sebelen.
Monacelli earned the second seed with a total of 7,397 and 9-6-1 record, while Angelo was third with 7,262 after posting an 11-4-1 record, which was the best in the field.
Marsala took the fourth seed with a 10-6 record and 7,220 total, while Sebelen was fifth with a 9-7 record and 7,162 total.
Mike Bailey was the first man off the show, finishing in sixth place 80 pins behind fifth. PBA Hall of Famer Chris Barnes finished seventh, missing the show by 84 pins.
